For the next 5 weeks I will be posting workouts here every Monday through Friday. There will be two different workouts each day. The first workout posted will be as prescribed (Rx'd), meaning that you will do the recommended weight/reps. The second workout will be a scaled down version of the rx'd workout. Choose a workout that you feel comfortable working with and give it hell! After each workout, post your times to comments.

.then run 800m(rest time is how long it took you to run 800m), then run 400m As fast as possible(AFAP)
17 minutes... and a side of 20 burpees~ those are hard too!
