5 rounds for time of:                                          
50 squats                                               
100 jump ropes

,Then finish with 2 rounds of:                
Run .25(treadmill)  as fast as possible(AFAP)                                
10 burpees                                             

Scaled Version
3 rounds for time of:
35 squats
100 jump ropes/ or 5o box step ups( each leg)

,Then finish with 1 round for time of:
Run/jog .25(treadmill)
10 push ups
